1. To start with, would you please kindly tell me whether you are using Windows or Mac computer? And please also kindly tell me the operating system of your computer. I will check the compatibity at first.

2. Secondly, please make sure you are using the newest version of AnyTrans for iOS (v8.2.0). If not, please download it from link below:

For Windows Version: https://www.imobie.com/go/download.php?product=at&os=win

For Mac Version: https://www.imobie.com/go/download.php?product=at&os=mac

3. Please make sure the network connection is stable while downloading and installing software.

If problem persists, please kindly send a screenshot about this issue to me for further analysis?
