Good morning,

I just purchased AnyTrans with my MacBook Air, IOS Catalina 10.15.1

1. terre are a lot of trouble shooter; the app is unstable
2. I cannot erase a picture with ANyTrans from my iPhone; it is said in the report I cannot
3. I cannot download my messages from my iPhone; 
4. I cannot erase any Ringtone from my iPhone with AnyTrans

Can you please indicate me what to do to resolve these problems, and more specifically, the App to be stable.
