It’s sorry for Home Screen Manager function can help you clean apps which are not downloaded successfully. And it can not help you delete app on your device directly. I am truly  sorry for the inconvenience has caused to you. It will be appreciated for your generous forgiveness.

Meanwhile, to delete apps, would you please give AnyTrans another function a try?
