Whatsapp Transfer from Android to iPhone Failed

The software said Transfer (~2gb) is done, but after login to Whatsapp of New iPhone, there are no previous chat history shown.

The backup data in google drive of old Android phone is originally ~4gb. 

Please advise urgently. Or if it failed to perform with no reason, how to proceed refund?
