hello – i cannot create a NEW topic as the ‘select’ button does not populate (have tried 3 diff browsers, no ad blockers on)

my issue – i transferred photos from pc to iphone 7s using anytrans that i just purchased. now i cannot delete the photos. i installed the phone app, no change- still cannot delete.

help!
