I’ve got a question for you.
My wife recently locked her sold out of her iPhone XR. The phone is now disabled. Is it possible to receive the photos from the phone. We called Apple support and they offered no supports. They say we need to reset the phone and lose all dada. Are the pictures lost?
There is no back up on icloud or computer.
