Hi there

I purchased PhoneRescue for Android when I connect my phone to the app, it says that my phone needs to be rooted. I tried to use kingoroot and a few other software to root my device but it doesn’t work at all.
Since I was not able to root my phone in any possible way I don’t need the PhoneRescue unfortunately.
Please issue me a refund my order number is # 16334703
I tried to do it myself since next day after purchase but it shows fail to submit refund request. I kindly ask for help with this matter.
