Hi. My mom bought a new phone and tried to transfer her data without any help. She thought she had transferred everything, and proceeded to do a system erase on her old phone. Well, nothing transferred before she erased the old phone, and she is devastated. Please tell me whether or not your product could assist me with recovering her texts and pictures – she is isolated during covid, and feeling very low that years of conversations and pictures are simply gone. I’m hoping to surprise her with a restored phone.
