hi – I am using Any Trans for the first time. I have it through Setapp.

I am trying to backup my iphone. I connect the phone to the Mac, confirm on the phone that I trust the computer.

On AnyTrans I see my home screen on the Device manager page.

I connect to backup manager and click Back Up Now.

I see Loading Device Data, Please wait.,..

This does not go away. Nothing seems to happen.

I have also enabled the automatic backups.

When I look at the backup history, it shows there is an itunes backup but not a full backup.

What’s going wrong?

 

By the way, what I want to do is backup the phone. Wipe it clean. Then restore the data for only some apps. Is that going to be possible?
