Yes, the trial version can help you scan out the deleted data. But if you want to recover them, you need to upgrade to the Pro version. But if the trial version does not scan out your deleted data, please do not purchase the Pro version. It will be appreciated for your generous forgivenenss and kind understanding.

And yes, the messages will be restored to Messages App on your iPhone.
