PhoneClean suddenly says “It seems you didn’t install Apple iDevice drivers on your PC, yet PhoneClean needs them to communicate with your device… etc. etc.” which is bulls–t because I’ve been using PhoneClean for several years now without problems. So I let it install what it wants to from the internet, then reboot my machine, and it still doesn’t work! PhoneClean presents the error, and then “pretends” to install the correct drivers, and then I reboot the machine and NOTHING CHANGES. PhoneClean is broken. I’m on a Windows machine – latest versions of everything because that’s what Microsoft does, and I make sure my iPhone is connected, and unlocked, while PhoneClean continues to infuriate me. Can anyone help?
