I, too, have not been able to locate my external backups in anytrans and have come across the same (1) folder numbering issue. Perfect timing considering my toddler somehow reset my phone despite me turning the 10-failed-passcode-attempt-wipe off. Not impressed considering they don’t tell you how much it is until you actually need to restore the phone – $89!!! And then the backups are there one minute and gone the next. Please give me a fix.
