I’m trying to transfer text messages from my Samsung S10 to my iPhone XS but Anytrans is not detecting my messages to transfer. It is detecting everything else on my samsung s10 and all permissions are set to ON. I have the full version of Anytrans for iOS.

1.To start with, would you please kindly tell me whether you connect Android device to computer via Wi-Fi or not?
If so, would you please kindly tell me the AnyTrans App installed on your phone is downloaded from Google Play or our official website?
If your AnyTrans app is downloaded from Google Play, our AnyTrans for iOS is unable to detect your Messages and Call Log due to Google Restriction Principles. It won’t let the third party software to detect your messages, call log, etc… Our Development is still working on this issue. It will be appreciated for your kind understanding.
2. The good news is that our official version can solve this issue now. Given this issue, to tackle this issue, please download AnyTrans App from our official website directly. Please visit the URL below via your phone browser to install it on your phone. Here is the download link:
After that, AnyTrans for IOS will detect your Messages normally.
3. If it fails, i am truly sorry for this inconvenience. Given this situation, would you please send us a screenshot and log file to cs@imobie.com for further analysis? It is easy to do so: click the Feedback menu tab > Write your mail address and description of the issue > Click submit button to send log file as attachment.

Has anyone using imobie’s AnyTrans on a Mac OS had trouble getting their product key recognised?
I had to replace my hard drive and after reinstalling imobie’s AnyTrans for IOS my purchased lifetime license would no longer work. The site would not accept my previous product key. I have had multiple emails from the lovely IMobie “help” people and multiple new re-installs and new product keys but nothing works. I am running el Capitan on a macbook Pro. Its really frustrating and I can’t understand why the “experts” cannot resolve this problem for me – it just drags on for weeks and weeks and makes the purchase and efforts a total waste of time not to mention frustrating as all heck. Time for a REFUND or a SOLUTION!!!!!

This issue is caused due to online verification. To protect your license code safety and privacy, single license code can only be used on one computer. If you format or change computer, you need to contact us to unbind your license code. After that, you can use license code again. It will be appreciated for your generous forgiveness.

I purchased a single license back in 2018 and an additional license for additional computers a year later. Now the program wants me to enter my license code, and rejects it. I have tried multiple emails to support, chat and now this forum. Nobody has responded. IS IMOBIE STILL IN BUSINESS????? If your iPhone has disabled due to incorrect passcode attemtpts, you can restore the iphone to factory settings. But all your device data will be erased. It must be difficult thing for you. I truly hope i would help you tackle this issue.
If you have iTunes, iCloud backup or other backup, you can try to recover lost data from backups. If you do not have any backups, i am sorry for your data will not be recoverable anymore. It will be appreciated for your generous forgiveness and kind understanding in advance.
Meanwhile, we will release PhoneRescue 4 at this Friday. It can help you remove Lock Screen Passcode. If possible, would you please consider trying it?

I purchased the Family Plan version of your software thinking that it would make the task of backing up all my photos and videos simpler. Just spend three hours trying to figure out how to back this stuff up to an external hard drive and I must be missing something because I couldn’t do it. The step where you download it all to the Mac is a non-starter, not enough room, which is why I bought the program in the first place. I want to be able top simply take everything that is in iCloud and drag it to a couple of external drives, what am I missing?

Yes, AnyTrans can help you back up photos and videos. If you back up them on computer directly, the back up speed will be fast. But the time to back up varies based on size of your data. If there are more files, it will take more time. It will be appreciated for your generous forgiveness and kind understanding.
Meanwhile, AnyTrans also supports to back up to an external hard drive. But the back up speed is slower than on computer because of the USB Connection. It will be appreciated for your kind understanding. Please refer to instructions below to set the backup path at first:
1. Open AnyTrans > Click the Backup Manager icon on the interface.
2. Click the Settings button > Click “Select” option.
3. Select the path you want to save the backup > Click Open > Click Save.
Or if you just want to transfer all photos and vidoes to an external hard drive, please just change the export path. Then, you can export all your photos and videos.

If you’ve forgotten your iPhone’s password and are unable to access it, you may reset it to factory settings. The data on your device, however, will be deleted. I can imagine how challenging phrazle this is for you. It is my sincere desire to assist you in resolving this matter.
Check to see if your iCloud photos and videos are stored locally on your Mac or if they’re only available through iCloud. If geometry dash is only stored in iCloud, you’ll need to download them to your Mac before transferring them to an external hard drive.

I have changed the path for the back up to a folder in the external drive. However, the next time I go into the app, it doesn’t recognize the path or remember the path that I had, and when I change the path to the same folder on my external drive again, it forces me to create a new folder with FileName(1)… Is there a way to override that or have the new backup back to the same folder?
Also, the app is taking up a ridiculous amount of memory… like 60 GB on my mac?!? It then tells me that I run out of memory and asks me to force quit the app… I was only able to backup my phone over Wifi, without the app running…

About our software, i will never take up a amount of memory on your computer. Given this rare situation, would you please check whether you once back up device data on your computer? I, too, have not been able to locate my external backups in anytrans and have come across the same (1) folder numbering issue. Perfect timing considering my toddler somehow reset my phone despite me turning the 10-failed-passcode-attempt-wipe off. Not impressed considering they don’t tell you how much it is until you actually need to restore the phone – $89!!! And then the backups are there one minute and gone the next. Please give me a fix.
Open AnyTrans and navigate to the backup management section. Make sure you’re looking in the correct backup location. Sometimes backups may be stored in different folders or directories. 1v1 lol
I didn’t see my copy so at that time I had to go to the shop and ask the experts to review it for me, it took me quite a while with it. i played in bloxd io in my free time

I did a backup of my WhatsApp conversation in AnyTrans. On AnyTrans I see exactly the same conversation as in my iPhone but when I see the backup on my MAC IMOBIE/socialbackups all the conversation is encrypted and I can’t read anything. Then I tried to select some conversation and export to the MAC. With this option I have a document in HTML format. I can read the conversation but the the conversation is not enterely saved (i.e I want to save a conversation which start from 2016 to 2019; I see perfectly the all conversation in Anytrans but in the HTML document I only seethe conversation between 2016 and 2017). So is it possible to save the conversation with another format different from html in MAC? And how can save the all conversation from a group and not just a part of a conversation? Because finally I have a backup on the app Anytrans but not on my MAC…
And why all the discussion are encrypted in the file Imobie/socialbackup?
Last question/ if I want to transfer a WhatsApp backup to a new iPhone, I need to paramater the number phone on the WhatsApp of the new iPhone or can I do the transfer directly to a virgin WhatsApp? If the two iPhone have not the same IOS version is it ok? And the whatsapp data from the target iPhone will be suppress but the backup on Anytrans app will be keep on any trans, is it correct?

About transferring WhatsApp from iPhone to iPhone, it does not have limitaion for iOS version. You can just transfer them directly. Yes, you are right.
