i would like to purchase your software for my iPhone 6s Plus but have an urgent question to make sure I can use your app.

My whatsapp messenger expired and I can’t access it any more. When I open it, it says update to a new version. Can I retrieve the old chats using your software? (P.s my backup is set to ‘never’ before the app expired).

Please let me know if it does so I can purchase immediately. Thanks
