RE: AnyTrans

AnyTrans for iPhone,

So, I purchased AnyTrans for iPhone a few weeks back. I received my activation/product/license code via email, installed the software, input my code to unlock the full version, and everything worked fine 100%.

Well, today i opened the software, and was forced to download and install an update, which i did. Once finished I was prompted to restart the software. After restarting, i receive a prompt saying my activation/product/license code has been locked” and to contact support. I tried putting in my code again as well as reinstalling the software but its telling me my license key is ‘not authentic’, even though i purchased the license from the official site. It shows in my orders that it’s activated and everything. Idk what to do. I can provide my license key and receipts if anyone can help I would appreciate it beyond belief.
