I am trying to transfer Whatspp from Android phone to iphone and every time it shows loading 1 to 100% but finally after that I get an error – Fail to restore.

I tried this multiple times but got the same error.

I do not want to send the log files as it contains private information. Please cancel my purchase (for order 144253716.) and refund my money back.
