This is like the 5’th time my “lifetime license” has deactivated. the last time it only lasted 6 months. This wasn’t even a reinstall.  it was one that worked perfectly fine 2 weeks ago.  I just got a new phone, so I wanted to grab my pictures off that phone (i don’t want to transfer them to the new phone, instead of to my computer)

 

I made a ticket, but I cannot add any detail to the ticket, I get some strange message like “Your message checks out in green, but then right above it in red, it says  “There’s something strange about your message” and won’t post.

It’s a great app when it works, but this activation key seems to be a big problem with other people too. I paid my money for the app for lifetime, I only want what I paid for.
