About the crash issue, it may be caused for several factors, the computer storage, the computer operating system, the iOS version of your iPhone, etc.. To make better analysis, would you please kindly provide log file to us? Please refer to below post to send log file to cs@imobie.com for further diagnosis? Meanwhile, PhoneRescue provides three recovers modes. To recover lost data soon, would you please also try to recover data from iTunes and iCloud backup? It will be appreciated for your kind consideration and copperation.
