Thanks for your messages and i am truly sorry for the delay reply. In normal case, you can just send log file to us via app directly.
But if you are unable to open PhoneRescue and send log file to us, you can locate the log file via the path below:
/Users/You Computer Name/Library/Application Support………………….
And it will store log file as document. After you locate it, please send it as attachment to cs@imobie.com
It will be appreciated for your generous support and kind understanding in advance.
