  2. I purchased anytrans for family ( 5 computers), but every time I try activation, it gives error.I copy & paste the code.

Hi - I am switching from iPhone to an android phone and while it appears I use Anytrans to download my WhatsApp messages to my computer from my iPhone, the app is unclear about whether I can easily upload it to my new Android successfully. Can you tell me if Anytrans will allow me to do this before I buy it? Many thanks! Also will I have to buy two licenses? One for android one for iPhone or will I be able to do it with the one? Thanks! Aaron
  4. iPhone X - 256GB - Unlock - iOS 12.x.x iPhone is disabled - Connect to iTunes My iPhone X with the above specs after entering too many incorrect pass codes got into disabled mode, however when I put the SIM Card into it, I have LTE Internet and I can receive calls, I hear that in the background text messages are also being received , I even can hear all other social network Apps notifications, normal calls and FaceTime voice and video calls are received and I can answer them or go to reply with message, I have access to the Emergency dial pad too. A few days before getting to this disaster, I transferred some photos to my laptop so my laptop is trusted by the iPhone, also more than 16 month ago I had 2 backups from my iPhone X on the same Laptop which I used it last week, but sadly and unfortunately no more backups after that, nor ANY iCloud backups at all. Now... the phone is stuck in the disabled mode and when I connect it to the mentioned laptop, nothing happens, Laptop or iTunes can not recognize it so I'm not able to do any kind of backups. The question is: How can I backup my photos and videos before performing the restore as if I do it now, I will lose so much valuable videos and photos. Any practical solutions? Any codes to be put in the emergency dial pad to bypass this situation? Any way to do it from other iOS devices? Any solution at all? Thank you!

  10. Thanks Dorothy, I have a 256GB iPhone XS with only 80GB used. I'm connecting via USB to a 2013 MacBook Pro. I've waited multiple minutes and see nothing. If I click Device Manager I can see my phone as 'Available' and ticked.

If contacts icon does not appear, it is in that you sync contact to iCloud. All your contacts store on iCloud instead of iPhone. Thus, the icon does not appear and you are unable to transfer them. Given this situation, would you please turn off iCloud connection at first? https://www.imobie.com/guide/anytrans/how-to-turn-off-icloud-connection-in-device.htm It will be appreciated for your generous forgiveness and kind help in advance. About clone feature, given the importance of your data, AnyTrans will back up your device data completely before cloning data. The time to back up data varies based on the size of data on your iPhone from several minutes to an hour. This process requires stable network. It will be appreciated for your kind understanding. The time to load data varies based on the size of your data from several seconds to minutes. It will be appreciated for your kind understanding.   15. Tried exporting contacts or transferrring them but Contacts icon is not showing up in the software for me to make a selection, also tried cloning 2 iphone 6s plus's and the page progress bar never moves and nothing happens....Can anyone assist with this or know what I am doing wrong?
  16. I've just installed this via SetApp (v7.5.0) and it just won't let me do anything in the app. I get a constant message of 'Loading device data, please wait...'. It would be useful to know how long I have to wait, seconds, minutes or hours? There's no indication. If I go to Device Manager, choose my iPhone and click the 'i' icon I get a few details on space etc but that's about all I can do. Please let me know if I'm being impatient or if there is a problem.   19. I loaded the newest version of AnyTrans, newest version of iTunes, it never ask about trust. Software version 12.3.1 the newest for the phone

  24. I have a I-phone 7 I need the messages to move to a Galaxy s-10. I hook them up go to ‘android mover’ I then select category MESSAGES I press next then I get a message Please download official version I cannot get past that point. You cannot scan the QR without disconnecting.
  25. I Tunes and computer detects Iphone but AnyTrans does not.
  26. You can't turn off 2-factor once it's enabled. It's been this way much longer than since February. I think they changed that a year or 2 ago.
