  2. My Ipad is disabled. When i connect Ipad to laptop with iTunes using USB cable, PhoneRescue pop up screen asks to confirm Trust Computer button which would pop up on Ipad when it is unlocked. As the ipad is disabled I cannot get to the point where the iPad prompts to trust the computer. How do I get around this, I am just in a loop at the moment.

About iTunes issue, it caused because iOS devices require Apple Mobile Device Support, which should be automatically installed with iTunes. If there is no Apple Mobile Device Support, iOS device is unable to be recognized by your computer. You just simply need to install iTunes on your computer but don’t need to open it when use our product. Besides, we are developing our own Apple Devices Driver and hope you can keep patient with this. As you know, iTunes sync will erase your existing data. To avoid the automatic sync, PhoneRescue will require you to turn off iTunes before launching it. It will be appreciated for your generous forgiveness and kind understanding. To start with, as your forgot iPhone password, Recover from iOS Device mode was not available for you. Because PhoneRescue is unable to detect your device without password due to Apple Principles. It will be appreciated for your kind understanding. Given this situation, i am wondering whether you have created iTunes/iCloud backup before. If so, would you please try to recover lost data from iTunes or iCloud backup?   7. I think the real source of my problem was that it asked me to update, it opened the browser and downloaded it, I ran it, but the update must have failed. So while I thought I was on the latest version, I actually was not. I should have looked more closely at the version. Following your link to get the correct update appears to have fixed my issue. It has been ticking along for about 10 minutes now. (My phone was completely full.) Thanks for the assist! BInro

  11. I am having an issue where AnyTrans for IOS 6.3.0.0 reads data from the phone, but during the transfer it crashes after about a minute. Crash is in clr.dll version 4.7.3324.0, exception code is 0xc00000fd. Does anyone know how to fix it, or at least a workaround? Thanks in advance.

I really appreciate it I think for Samsung S8, this is the only way of rooting it : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SuNQb_Gsx1Q but I'm a bit confused with the factory settings that will wipe out all data. I could back up the current data but how about the deleted data I'd like to retrieve? Sorry, it's a rookie question as I dont really understand how the deep scan could retrieve the deleted files if the data is wiped out. Also, what does it mean by trying not to overwrite the data before the deep scan? As I'd like to retrieve pics and vids , I don't take any new or delete photos and videos. But there're automatically added pictures and videos from other sources such as Whatsapp. The file name is different than ones taken by Camera but all pooled under Gallery. Does it mean, it's overwritten already? Thank You

To recover deleted data, there are two necessary conditions due to Android principles. One is that you need to turn on USB debugging option to let PhoneRescue for Android detect your Samsung S8. Android uses permissions in the file structure, every file, folder and partition, which has a set of permissions. These permissions decide who can view, write and execute a file—certain users have access, while users who don't have the right permissions are blocked from having access. Rooting device lets you get the permission as Super Administrator User in Android system. Once you get it done, you can do anything in Android system. After rooting device, you can use Deep Scan function to recover lost android data to your computer or device directly. PhoneRescue is a professional recovery software instead of a professional root tool. As you know, there are a variety of Android brands and devices in the market.   24. i'd like to retrieve some of accidentally deleted videos but i could not see the videos I'd want. i try to install King Root on my Samsung S8 but my phone does not allow me due to security issue. I have untick the security setting but it still doesn't allow. Any other way to retrieve the videos? after accidentally deleted it, I do not use the Camera or Video at all as not to overwrite it.
