  6. Hi! I have a very large number of photos in my iOS camera roll. I don't want to import all of them in one go, I would like to import month-by-month. Is there a straight-forward way to do that? I can highlight a range of photos on the camera roll page (list view, to see dates) on AnyTrans but the import will still be only for those photos which have been checked and I have yet to find a way to 'batch-check' a range. Thanks!

  8. Bonjour, je souhaite transférer mes messages qui sont sur android vers ios. J'ai fait de nombreuses fois le transfert des messages. Cependant, tous les messages ne se transfèrent pas. Certaines conversations se copient d'autres non. Que faire ?? J'ai acheté cette licence à 50euros uniquement pour récupérer mes messages et cela ne fonctionne pas!

  14. Hi Dorothy: I imagine you're quite tired of hearing from me. And it looks like I may need that refund you promised because AnyTrans is NOT copying messages from my iPad to my iPhone. Please see pictures below. First picture is message list on my iPad, where you can plainly see a message thread from "Miguel Contractor". The second picture is of my iPhone message list search result looking for "Miguel". If you can get this to work for me, I'll keep the program. If not, then it's wasting valuable space on my hard drive. Thanks again, Vic Bradley
  15. I have the following question. I have the PRO version of PHONERESCUE. I have a new iPhone XS, in the previous iPhone 8 Plus I did not make the corresponding backup, and right now it has another iCloud account, and other photos on the iPhone8 Plus and I want to recover the photos that were when I used the iPhone8 Plus, but only I extracted the photos that the new user has. How can I recover the photos?
  16. i cannot believe it is sooooooo hard to get support on this product. my download of your software has a virus on it and has been quarantined by webroot. I can't get anyone to call me on this. how do i get a version without virus? i will be requesting a refund in the next hour if nobody will call me back. this is simply the WORST support ever.
  17. OK. Please allow me to give you a head start on updating the instructions on your webpage. I still have not completed the process because I'm still waiting for the "Messages" to check itself. But here's what I have so far. So, here’s Vic’s Step by Step to copy iPad messages to iPhone: TURN OFF AUTOLOCK on iPad and iPhone. Else when screen locks it pauses the process. Plug both devices into the Mac. TURN OFF “Find My iPhone” in Settings / iCloud on both devices. Start AnyTrans and select “Phone Switcher” Select your source device and target device. I.E. iPad >> iPhone. Click “Next”, then be sure “Select All” is check marked. WAIT OVERNIGHT for “Messages” to finally check itself. Un-check everything EXCEPT Messages. Click “Continue” and it begins. When iTunes starts up, DO NOT STOP IT! Stopping it will abort the entire process and you’ll have to wait OVERNIGHT for “Messages” to check mark again. So, when I get to step 10, sometime later today, I can see how long it will take to finish copying messages from my iPad to my iPhone.
  18. OK. So I let it sit all night, and analyze to it's hearts content. FINALLY when I woke up, the "Messages" was available to checkmark. So I started the transfer, and left the room because it was taking so long. When I came in later to check progress, it had FROZEN because the automatic screen lock had locked the machines. You would think your instructions would warn customers to turn off screen lock. Why don't you? Anyway when I unlocked the devices iTunes started to do it's own backup. Thinking the two backup systems might interfere with each other, I exited iTunes, and GUESS WHAT? Your program aborted also!!! It sure would be nice if you had a walk through on your website that explained all these issues before we start. The only walkthrough you have is for an old previous version and, as I pointed out before has completely different screens and menu systems. I would expect this from Microsoft, but not an Apple application!

If it’s after I checkmark “Messages” then it will never happen since it won’t let me checkmark it. PS: I have around 9000 messages.  If you only choose Quick Transfer function, these data will be transferred immediately after you complete selecting process. Because Quick Transfer will not require backup process. So the process will be very fast. But if you choose any file type located in Deep Analysis, those data are private. Apple won't let the third party software to detect those data directly in that it values user's privacy. It will require back up data at first. From the screenshot you sent, i infer the backup process does not complete. Thus, you cannot checkmark it. As you have 9000 messages, it will take longer time to backup. 2. Questions: DID use AnyTrans Backup Manager function to backup BOTH my iPad and iPhone. So what do I do next?  Please choose Backup Manager > Full Backup > Click Next to backup device data at first. Thanks for your try. Yes, our webiste guide is not renew completely. And our colleagues are working on this issue. It's truly sorry for there are many page need to update as AnyTrans has many functions. We predict that we will complete updating issue at the end of this month compleletely.   22. Hi Dorothy: Regarding my first Email, I may have sent it from my Geekster2@yahoo.com account. Anyways, as to your suggestion, (and THANK YOU for it!), it does not work. I found the function you were talking about. I selected the source to be my iPad, and the target to be my iPhone, then in the next window I found "Messages" (I had to make it larger to see "Messages" at the bottom). BUT HOW DO I SELECT IT? IT WON'T LET ME CHECKMARK THE MESSAGES. SEE ATTACHED PICTURES. If I click "Select All" it DOESN'T" See picture. And If I unSelect all, and try selecting only "Messages" it WILL NOT SELECT. No matter what I do, I can't select "Messages" See pictures. Thanks for any suggestions.

  24. Very disappointed. I've waited two days to hear back, and the 24x7 chat window certainly isn't manned as expected. Subject: Can't merge Messages from my iPad to my iPhone. Your Online instructions have bogus screenshots and don't work. Must be from a very old version that lost the merge function. Yet iMobie is still selling to people who expect to have the Merge function. They don't seem to do anything. I'm on the verge of demanding a REFUND.

  26. I am running AnyTrans on my Mac. Is that an orphaned product? I only see mention of Anytrans for iOS. I also see exactly one mention of podcasts in a list of the Media files that Anytrans is supposed to be able to manage. But I see no information anywhere on how to do so. How would I transfer podcasts from my iTunes media folders into the Podcast App on an iOS device using AnyTrans? How do I manage syncing of podcasts?
