Your phone has turned on USB debugging option: https://www.imobie.com/faq/android-faqs.htm#part2 2. Your phone has been rooted already. Android uses permissions in the file structure, every file, folder and partition, which has a set of permissions. These permissions decide who can view, write and execute a file—certain users have access, while users who don't have the right permissions are blocked from having access. Rooting device lets you get the permission as Super Administrator User in Android system. Once you get it done, you can do anything in Android system. After rooting device, you can use Deep Scan function to recover lost android data to your computer or device directly. It will be appreciated for your kind understanding.     Thank you, but I already know where the default backup path is located. I want to know if it can be changed prior to doing the inital backup. Your online guide says: Part 37. How to change the backup path with AnyTrans? Please follow the steps below to change the backup path: 1. Open AnyTrans > Click the Backup Manager icon on the interface. 2. Click the Settings button > Click “Select” option. 3. Select the path you want to save the backup > Click Open > Click Save. However, the SETTINGS option is not available UNLESS there is already one backup. Actually, this screen is not available until the first backup is taken successfully. How can I change this path prior to doing the first backup?

If you try to recover data from iCloud Backup, it will require you to enter your Apple iCloud ID and password. About " never recognizes my "Apple ID" at the second location ", i am wondering whether you turned on two factor authentication option for your Apple iCloud account before? If so, we would like to explain that Apple always values security and privacy of user’s data, and has provided a number of ways to secure user’s Apple ID and protect user’s privacy. One of the most common solutions is the two factor authentication, or called Apple ID verification code. So what is two factor authentication? Two factor authentication ensure your Apple ID account only to be accessed on devices you trust, like your iPhone, iPad, or Mac. When you want to sign in to a new device for the first time, you'll need to provide two pieces of information—your password and the six-digit verification code that's automatically displayed on your trusted devices. By entering the code, you're verifying that you trust the new device. It will be appreciated for your kind understanding.     It doesn't solve the main issue which is that the backup errors out with error code 41 when using a mapped network drive. Development is supposed to be working on this issue at the moment. The question that was never answered was where the information for the backup file location is stored by Anytrans. When you first install Anytrans, then select BACKUP MANAGER, since there is not a backup present, Anytrans requires you to backup your phone first. This defaults to a path under the user profile on the local hard drive. This also applies if you have backed up your phone once, but deleted the backup file. Where is the backup path stored by the application? Can it be changed somewhere before the initial backup is performed? QUESTION FURTHER EXPLAINED: If you have a backup or if Anytrans finds an old backup in iTunes, you can go in and set the backup path location to a different location. However, if you have a new install and no backups available, how can you change the default backup path prior to performing a full backup?

    Since my last post I have started backing up messages on icloud. As an experiment to test the iphone rescue software I am trying to view the messages backed up on icloud but the iphone rescue software requires me to sign in at two different locations, and never recognizes my "Apple ID" at the second location so I can go no further. As you know, for iphones there is an Apple iTunes ID and Password, and a separate/different Apple iCloud ID and Password (if you are backing up on Apple iCloud). When I am trying to use iphone rescue to view messages backed up on iCloud and I receive prompts to "enter Apple ID and password", are they asking for the Apple iTunes ID and Password, or the Apple iCloud ID and password? Thank you

This issue is caused because these players ( MovieMaker, itunes, QuickTime and Windows Media ) are not supporting the videos shot with the newest XS Max due to compatibility issue. Given this situation, would you please use the player, named KMPlayer to play the video? Our Development Team have tested that. And it works.     Videos have no picture, just sound

    Hi It is shot with a XS Max (iOS version 12.1.13). The videos all are range from a few seconds to 1-2 mins. No longer. I have tried playing the videos via MovieMaker, itunes, QuickTime and Windows Media and they all only have sound.

For "Saved backups are stored in AnyTrans " issue, we'd like to tell you that usually, after AnyTrans back up your iOS device, your backup files can be found from the path below: C:\Users\user name\AppData\Roaming\Apple Computer\MobileSync\Backup I truly hope your issue can be solved with these solution.   22. Hi I just purchased the Anytrans program so I can download all the videos from my holiday to my PC. I just did this but they all have sound and no images for the videos. I did this: Content to Computer clicked on 'photo video' category (no other category said video!) and told it to transfer. Is there something else I should be doing??

    They have replied and stated that my network drive does not have enough space. I responded that this is incorrect, the network drive is a 4TB drive and has 2.9TB free - no user quotas, and the full 2.9TB is available to the application/user. I have cleared all my backup logs and will be running a new back up to provide them with new logs, from a single back up to avoid further confusion. I am assuming the initial confusion is based upon logs from the beginning where Anytrans tried to backup to my local drive which at the time did not have enough drive space available. I will update once this has all been completed and they review the logs again.

  28. I have an iPhone 6. I thought I had all my pics backed up, but didn't. I needed to free up some memory, so I went to Photos and "permanently" deleted everything in Recently Deleted. Now I realize I want to get some of them back. I found PhoneRescue® - iOS Data Recovery on-line and ran the trial version. It found all my photos that I want to get back. So, I realize I need to spend $50 now to get them back. First, I have a question. If I take some new pics and/or videos before I recover the Recently Deleted ones, will the new ones overwrite some of the Recently Deleted ones? That is, will it use some of the same memory?
