AnyTrans Phone Switcher (Restoring Backup, please wait…) Android-to-iOS

 

So am switching from android to iOS, I bought the lifetime membership for Anytrans. From my research online, it says this is supposed to be a quick process. However my iPhone 11 Pro Max is stuck on “Restoring backup, please wait…. for over and hour now. All the iphone does is blinking apple logo. How much longer am I to wait and is this normal?
