I  have similar problems. My Companion app, the ANYTRANS on my Android Huawei P30 suddenly does not give me the option to connect to my mac any more. It only offers “connect to phone” – “Connect to web”. I tried connecting via USB which sometimes did work before, Dev mode, USB debugging, file transfer protokol the whole 9 yards. I tried that. I connected via WiFi this afternoon, no problem. I m made tonight I m in the same WiFi with my iMac and my HP30. I do not get a connect to mac/pc option. now what?

I tried logging in as suggested, then it said that email had already been taken. So I tried PW retrieval, your system say my email is not registered. ??? I have my licence via SetApp btw.
