Do you mean that you fail to update AnyTrans for iOS? If so, would you please refer to below suggestions to solve this issue?
1.Please download the newest version of AnyTrans for Mac from link below:

2. Please make sure the network is stable while downloading or installing.
After that, you can transfer messages from iPhone to Mac:
