I purchased the one year license AnyTrans for IOS yesterday and used it to move some music files from my iPhone 6 to iTunes.  Worked great!  I came back later to do some more transfers — again to iTunes and tried to login.  When I opened AnyTrans I got the following message:  “Your online validation is failed.  Please contact us.”  So I tried to use the “Unlock Full Version” and after entering my license code and hitting verify I was greeted with “Your license code has been used on the another computer.” 

I only have one computer.  I’m wondering if I may have not registered my copy .  But clearly it worked just fine once but now it will not work.
Can you help me so I can move some more files.  It worked great once but now there is some kind of a login problem.
