Has anybody managed to use this program with a Classic ipod. I have a 180GB classic and wanted to get the music files from it without having to sync with my current itunes library as the classic is an old one not used for ages and sync will remove lots of files which are not in the new library.

I bought the program expecting it to work with Classic Ipod but it fails to recognise it. I notified support and asked for refund but have not had a resolution. I jut want a program that works with Classic ipod. If anybody can helpme get it working, then that will make me happy, but if not I will require a refund to my paypal account.
