Data loss is a disaster because you may lost a lot of precious memory. Fortunately, you created backup before. Now, you can just  resotre them to your iPhone.

Please check the backup path you set before. And then, copy the backup from external hard drive to the path which stores the backup in AnyTrans. After that, you can restore your backup to your iPhone.
