Has anyone using imobie’s AnyTrans on a Mac OS had trouble getting their product key recognised?
I had to replace my hard drive and after reinstalling imobie’s AnyTrans for IOS my purchased lifetime license would no longer work. The site would not accept my previous product key. I have had multiple emails from the lovely IMobie “help” people and multiple new re-installs and new product keys but nothing works. I am running el Capitan on a macbook Pro. Its really frustrating and I can’t understand why the “experts” cannot resolve this problem for me – it just drags on for weeks and weeks and makes the purchase and efforts a total waste of time not to mention frustrating as all heck. Time for a REFUND or a SOLUTION!!!!!
