Dear Samtheman,
Thanks for contacting us and i am truly sorry for the delay reply. This is Dorothy and i hope to be able to help you!
If your iPhone has disabled due to incorrect passcode attemtpts, you can restore the iphone to factory settings. But all your device data will be erased. It must be difficult thing for you. I truly hope i would help you tackle this issue.
If you have iTunes, iCloud backup or other backup, you can try to recover lost data from backups. If you do not have any backups, i am sorry for your data will not be recoverable anymore. It will be appreciated for your generous forgiveness and kind understanding in advance.
Meanwhile, we will release PhoneRescue 4 at this Friday. It can help you remove Lock Screen Passcode. If possible, would you please consider trying it?
Meanwhile, given the importance of your data, it is importance to back up device data periodically. I highly recommend you to give our AnyTrans Free function, named Full Backup a try. It will help you back up all device data and this function is 100% free. If you are interested in it, would you please kindly give it a try?
