To start with, would you please kindly give me a chance to explain this issue? This issue is caused due to online verification. To protect your license code safety and privacy, single license code can only be used on one computer. It means that your license code assocates with your computer. If you format or change computer, you need to contact us to unbind your license code. After that, you can use license code again. It will be appreciated for your generous forgiveness and kind understanding.

To help me solve your issue soon, would you please kindly tell me your order ID? Then, i will unbind your license code at once.
