Hi, PhoneRescue tells me it has found 439 WhatsApp attachments to recover, but the check box for WhatsApp messages is disabled. It is the messages that I wanted to recover.

If I click the button to recover the 439 attachments, the process completes suspiciously quickly, reporting ‘Recovery Completed, Phone Rescue has successfully recovered 20 items in total’. Why did it not recover the other 419?

So at the moment looks to have been a waste of money, as it can recover neither messages nor many attachments. Can you convince me otherwise?
