Hello,

I have an huawei mate 20 pro and is broken, the screen is broken I refer, but when I try to connect the prhone to laptop via USB it show me the phone on my laptop. In the same time I cannot control my phone from his  damage screen to can debug  USB.I try to use this aplication PhoneRescue for android to can recover my data but is not working it say to turn on USB debugging but no posibility. So, do you know another posibity how can I recover my data from this phone. To be onest I look on youtube about how to can connect my laptop to a broken screen phone but still not working :(. thank you
