Hello.  I downloaded this program after an extensive Google search where this program has been listed in several surveys as the best iPhone data recover software.  Well, I’m a little confused.  I’m trying to recover 4 videos I shot today on my iPhone 11 pro.  Somewhow they got sent to trash and then deleted.  They were too new to be included in iCloud uploads so they are not available there.  When I downloaded and installed the program, it found my phone and I told it I only wanted deleted video, thinking it would find the ones I deleted today.  It doesn’t.  It found five videos I shot two weeks ago, but nothing is showing up from today.  Anybody know why or where else on the phone photo app they have have gone?  Most recovery software programs recover the last-on images and videos. I’m not going to buy a program that won’t do what I need.  Thanks
