I totally understand your mood. And i really hope our software would help your mother to find precious conversations and pictures back. If she reset her ord phone, all device data will be deleted permanently. Thus, it’s truly sorry for Recover from iOS Device mode are not available for your mom. Given this situation, i am wondering whether your mom has created iTunes or iCloud backup before? If so, she can try to recover lost data from iTunes or iCloud backup:
