I am sorry about your loss because i know the device data is so important for you. But as your device data has been restored, all your device data will been deleted permanently and unrecoverable. Given this situation, Recover from iOS Device mode is not available for you. If you have iTunes or iCloud backup, would you please try to recover from backups? Here are the detailed user guide:
