Hi,

I bought yesterday your product to recover an iPhone XR.
I did all the steps you and the program ask for but when it have to download and start the recover of the iPhone it doesn´t works.
I tried all the options, downloading button from the program and the external download and after the installation of the firmware. It start but never ends. Always says there is an error.

Please, I require the refund of the money because the application does´t works.

 

The Refund Request system doens´t works any time i tried to send it. The ID is 219277076.
