To start with, would you please kindly tell me whether you are using Recover from iCloud mode? If so, would you please tell me the iOS version of iPhone XR? If your iPhone XR is iOS 13 or higher, Recove from iCloud Backup is not available for you due to Apple Principles. It will be appreciated for your generous forgiveness and kind understanding.

Given this situation, would you please try to recover data from iOS device and iTunes Backup?
