If the device is disabled, it cannot be trusted by the third party software. Thus, Recover from iOS Device mode is not available for you. Given this situation, i am wondering whether your wife has created iCloud backup before. If so, PhoneRescue for iOS can help you recover them back from backups. But if she doesnot have any iTunes or iCloud backup, it’s truly sorry for PhoneRescue may fails to help her this time. It will be appreciated for your generous forgiveness and kind understanding. It’s truly sorry for PhoneRescue for iOS cannot help you this time. Given this situation, please do not purchase our PhoneRescue for iOS.
