Question on the recovery process for PhoneRescue for iOS.

I want to recovery iMessages.

After the scan process, I can see a list of conversations and message.
The next step is restore or recover to device or mac.
If I restore to the iPhone, do the message reappear in the normal iMessage app, or do they get copied somewhere else and are readable?
