Our old iPad has some problem where we are unable to back it up to iCloud (it gets about 1/3 of the way through and hangs). We are also unable to back it up using iTunes because it is not detected by our PC. (The PC detects other iOS devices fine, through any of the cables we have.)

We need to get the data off the old device and onto a new iPad we bought.

Is it possible to do an “air” transfer or iPad to iPad transfer without plugging in the old one? I would be happy to buy AnyTrans if it will solve our problem.
