Can you use the same licence for IOS and android?

Last week I purchased AnyTrans for Android APP and the transfer of messages from one person worked perfectly.  Today it recognises my Samsung but will not load the phots, message into the Device Manager.  Can someone else me with how to solve this?

Given this situation, would you please tell me whether the AnyTrans app on your Samsung is installed from Google Play? If so, it won’t let the third party software to detect your messages because of Google Principles. It will be appreciated for your generous forgiveness and kind understanding.

Good morning together, why does Anytrans Android only show me the internal memory of my phone, but not the SD card (SanDisk 400GB)?

To start with, i would like to tell you that AnyTrans supports to detect device and SD card data.

Given this situation, would you please try below suggestions to solve this issue?

1. Please make sure you are using the newest version of AnyTrans for Android. If not, please download the newest version of AnyTrans for Android on your computer from link below

I have taken a screenshot see appendix, here you can see that only the internal memory is displayed. The 400 GB SanDisk card does not appear. Software is, of course, up-to-date. What can I do. Thank you in advance.

Hello,  I am transferring photos from my S9 to my Mac but it does not know when a photo is already on my mac   – so now I have copies of a lot.   Is there any way for the system to know what is/ is not on my machine?  Thanks!

I have my phone hooked up but for some reason some of the conversations in messages are missing my replies. They only show what the person sent to me. Some messages are more complete than others, but all are missing at least some of my replies. Is there anything I can do to fix this? I’m on a Samsung Galaxy S7 Active running Android 8.0.0.

Do you mean that you want to recover lost messages? If so, i so truly sorry about your loss. Given this situation, would you please give our software named PhoneRescue for Android a try? It can help you retrieve lost messages back. Would you please kindly give the trial version a try?

The Main Interface of PhoneRescue for Android

If the trial version can scan out deleted, the pro version can help you find them back. But there are two necessary conditions. One is that your device once turned on USB Debugging Option before or can be turned on currently. The another is that your device needs to be rooted due to Android Principles. Android uses permissions in the file structure, every file, folder and partition, which has a set of permissions. These permissions decide who can view, write and execute a file—certain users have access, while users who don’t have the right permissions are blocked from having access. Rooting device lets you get the permission as Super Administrator User in Android system. Once you get it done, you can do anything in Android system. Hi, I am trying to transfer my messages from my pixel 4xl,. The messages are grayed out/unaaccessable and it says I need the newest supported app to access messages. I am running the latest on my pixel and on my desktop.

Hello:

I have just purchased AnyTrans for Android and successfully transferred most of my files.  The message from the program says athe number of files success and also says 86 failed.  How can I know what files failed?  Thanks.  Michael

Hi,

I have just purchased the AnyTrans for iOS. When I try to transfer WhatsApp chat history from Android to iOS using AnyTrans, my Andriod phone (Samsung Galaxy S10) not able to install the WhatsApp enhanced version which at step no. 2. How to do solve this problem?

Since yesterday I can’t scan the QR with my S10+ and my I Mac no reaction, tried it many times reinstalled, also didn’t work. Before it’s work great, no problems, no I’m frusted means I can’t trf my music files from I mac to my phone
