It’s sorry for Home Screen Manager function can help you clean apps which are not downloaded successfully. And it can not help you delete app on your device directly. I am truly  sorry for the inconvenience has caused to you. It will be appreciated for your generous forgiveness.

Good afternoon. I have an iPhone XR that was issued by my agency. There is no cloud connection on it, and they have no way to transfer my contacts from it, as I am about to retire. I transferred them from a previous work phone using AnyTrans, but am having no luck at this time. My contacts are not being detected by AnyTrans, which is the latest version as of yesterday. My iOS is also the newest version as of yesterday. Suggestions as to how to get the contacts identified?

To start with, to help us make better analysis and provide you with solution soon, would you please kindly send log file to cs@imobie.com for further diagnosis? It will be appreciated for your generous forgiveness and kind feedback.

 It is easy to do so: click the Feedback menu tab > Write your mail address and description of the issue > Click submit button to send log file as attachment.

Secondly, in order to transfer contacts between iOS devices successfully, would you please try the alternative method below?

1. Please search AnyTrans app from App Store and download & install it on your device.

2. Please launch AnyTrans on your device > Click “Connect to Phone” option to connect another iOS device (Please make sure your two devices are connected to the same Wi-Fi)

All the devices that are in the same WiFi connection will be displayed as below. Please click the device you want to transfer contacts to > Click Send File(s) option.

3. Please click contacts option > select the contacts > Click Send button.

Hi Dorothy,

I have purchased the app license for 3 months just day before to export WhatsApp chats into a PDF file. The AppTrans app takes me to the step of entering my Gmail ID and Password, post which I am taken to the Google screen to give access. Once I give access and come back to the AppTrans app to click ‘I have authorised’. It keeps me the error ‘Authorization is required to obtain WhatsApp Google Drive backup’. It is stuck at that step. I have tired doing it multiple times and with different accounts. Is this a scam?

Anybody else in this forum who has faced the same issue? Please help.
