Let me explain my problem:

  • I have installed AnyTrans software (trial version) on my Windows 10 PC (not Mac).
  • I have not installed the app on my iPhone XS (I don’t think this is necessary).
  • My photos are on my iPhone.
  • I don’t use iCloud storage.
  • I connect my iPhone XS to my PC using an official Apple USB/lightning cable.
  • I open AnyTrans on my PC.
  • I go, to the “Device Manager” section, then in the “Photos” section.
  • I see all the photos that are on my iPhone.
  • I select the photos I want to transfer to my PC, I choose “JPG” format, then I transfer them. (I don’t want HEIC format)
  • The photos are transferred to my PC, very quickly.
  • PROBLEM: after the transfer, I look at the photos sizes (file sizes) on my PC. The transferred photos are much larger (around 13-14 MB) instead of the original sizes of the photos (around 4-5MB).
  • QUESTION: I would like the transferred JPG photos to have the same size as the original photos. How do I do that?

Anytrans wants to put my MP3 files in Voice Memo, or IMovie, or a ton of other apps that I can’t use for this.  I even deleted the Voice Memo app from my IPhone, and Anytrans still wants to put it there.

Anytrans sent me a lame solution that did nothing to fix the problem, only now I have a new one.  When I try to move music, even to that non existent Voice Memo app, the whole thing stops and tells me I’m not connected to the Internet.

When I try to send a message, it waits until I’m all finished, then says I have an open ticket, with no way to close it.

To protect your license code safety and privacy, single license code can only be used on one computer. It means that your license code assocates with your computer. If you format or change computer, you need to contact us to unbind your license code. After that, you can use license code again. I would like to transfer all my music files to my iPhone, with none being in the cloud and all physical files in iTunes on the phone.  However when I do transfer with AnyTrans more than half the music is still in the cloud.  I guess I have a settings problem somewhere?  Can you help me?

Do you mean that theses songs are purchased? If so, i am sorry for AnyTrans is unable to transfer puchased songs due to Apple principles. It will be appreciated for your kind understanding.

I am one of the unfortunate should who, upon upgrading to iOS 13, chose to defer the migration of Reminders to the new format. I’ve been unable get my iPhone to sync with iCloud since then. I have confirmed that the Reminders list and its content that I created on a Mac running Catalina show up correctly in iCloud, and can be shared with other Apple ID’s (I shared a test list with my work Apple ID and all of those reminders work perfectly on my work iPhone). I had hoped I could use AnyTrans to pull down the iCloud Reminders and force them into iPhone; but AnyTrans doesn’t see my post upgrade Reminders, it only saw some placeholders that Apple put in place for older versions of iOS and MacOS. I even tried using AnyTrans to delete the placeholders; but it requires me to leave it at least one reminder in place there, and I can not see any way to get AnyTrans to access the new Reminders database. Am I missing something, or is this something that has not been implemented at this time?

Hello,

I just purchased and started using Any Trans for IOS., and need some clarifications:

  • What is the definition of “filtered photos”
  • What is the difference between the two Export settings for filtered photos?
  • When exporting photos from iCloud, the exported items are not renamed using the original date, even though the “keep the date info..” setting  is selected. . Why?

Hello–I am trying to save my iTunes playlists to my computer to upload to Sonos using my iphone to play the songs.  Everytime I connect my iPod, the “more” icon disappears and I am unable to choose playlists as an option.  Does anyone know what I might be doing wrong.  I think I am following the directions on the imobie website correctly.  I am so frustrated!  Thank you for anyone’s help!

I used Anytrans to transfer some photos from my MacBook to my iPhone by dragging a folder containing the photos and dropping them onto my device (iPhoneX) connected to my MacBook via Anytrans. Now there is an “album” in “Photos” titled “From My Mac From Any Trans”. The transfer was smooth and effortless, but now the photos in this folder, as well as the folder itself does not have a delete option to remove the photos or the folder itself in “Photos”. What am I missing or overlooking? Perhaps this is an issue in “Photos” and not for Anytrans, but any information to help me with this issue would be greatly appreciated. I need the ability to remove these photos from my iOS device as easily as moving them over to begin with.

To start with, would you please kindly give me a chance to explain this issue? Some users find that AnyTrans creates an album on the device when importing photos to device. And this album can’t be deleted on device directly. This is because Apple blocks the permission to delete the photos transferred by the third party software on device directly. If you want to delete the unwanted AnyTrans photo folder on your device, please follow the detailed steps below:

Open AnyTrans > Connect your device to computer > Click Device Manager feature > Click Photos > Click Albums > Right-Click the album “From AnyTrans” > Click Delete.
