Hi I would like to transfer/download podcasts from my iphone, however when I connect my phone, the app says I have no podcasts, and “click to add new content”.  I have the podcast app on my mac but I have no idea where the “content” is being saved on my computer. Can you help me?

Check if the podcast settings have an Palworld Breeding Calculator option to download episodes automatically. Ensure that this setting is turned on.

You must make sure the podcasts you want to transfer are actually downloaded on your iPhone. Some podcasts only stream and aren’t saved for offline listening. Open the Podcasts app on your iPhone and check candy clicker episodes. Downloaded episodes will have a small download icon next to them.

If you have already subscribed to podcasts on your iPhone, you can sync them to your Mac using the Podcasts app. Here are the steps to do so:

Connect your iPhone to your Mac using a USB or USB-C cable.
Open the Podcasts app on your Mac.
In the menu bar, click on “File” and select “Sync from iPhone”.
Select the podcasts you want to sync to your Mac and click “Apply”.
If you are unable to find the content on your Mac, it may be because the content is stored in a hidden folder. Here’s how you can access the hidden folder:

Open Finder and click on “Go” in the menu bar.
Hold down the “Option” key on your keyboard and click on “Library”.
Navigate to “Application Support” > “Podcasts” to find your downloaded podcasts.

Hi

I just purchased AnyTrans for iOS, and am trying to transfer music from Macbook to iPhone. Is there a list of supported file types somewhere? The only one I found just lists ‘Music’ along with other categories; I’m trying to see specific file types, e.g., .m4a.

Thanks very much

troy

how to transfer license? I have a license on my computer but I am getting rid of this computer and moving to a new computer. How do i switch anytrans over?

on 2019年12月18日

Hello Daiv,

Thanks for using AnyTrans and i am truly sorry for the inconvenience. This is Dorothy and i hope to be able to help you!

To start with, would you please kindly give me a chance to explain this issue? This issue is caused due to online verification. To protect your license code safety and privacy, single license code can only be used on one computer. It means that your license code assocates with your computer. If you format or change computer, you need to contact us to unbind your license code. After that, you can use license code again. It will be appreciated for your generous forgiveness and kind understanding.

To help me solve your issue soon, would you please kindly tell me your order ID? Then, i will unbind your license code at once.

Sorry again for the inconvenience has caused to you.

Thank you so much for your generous support and kind feedback in advance.

Best regards,

Dorothy

Thank you for your response. In getting over it, you have the opportunity to demonstrate your exceptional timing, rhythm, and endurance. You can leap over obstacles, soar above them, or gracefully glide past them. However, it’s important to exercise caution, as a single mistimed tap can abruptly end your character’s life.

I have downloaded the trial version of Anytrans for iOs. The reason I might be interested in buying the software is because I want to easily transfer photos and videos taken from my iPhone to my Windows 10 PC.

I have tried transferring videos, and everything seems to work fine. But when transferring photos, I have two format options: either I choose HEIC or JPG. I am interested in the JPG format. So when I choose this format, the photos are transferred to my PC, but the file size is either greatly reduced (below 1 MB per file) or greatly increased (around 14 MB per file), and I don’t know why. In comparison, when I use the File explorer from Windows 10 to transfer the photos, the original file size (around 3-6MB per photo) is kept.

Is there a way to keep the original size of the photos that are transferred, while also keeping the edits made to the photos in the iPhone? If yes, can you tell me how? If it works, I’ll probably buy the full version of the software.

Hello Nomis,

Thanks for using our app and i am truly sorry for the late reply. This is Dorothy and i hope to be able to help you!

To start with, there are many reasons that may cause transferring failure issue. For example, your photos are stored on iCloud instead of iPhone directly (Thus, you need to download them to iPhone at first); there is no sufficient space on Mac computer; the USB connection is loose; you choose too many file one time, etc. Would you please kindly check for that at first?

Please check whether all photos are viewable on your iOS device. If not, it is in that your photos may store on iCloud. The photos on your iPhone is just thumbnails. Given this situation, please connect your iPhone to Wi-Fi. Then, please go Settings > iCloud. Please check whether you have turned iCloud photo library and choose to optimize iPhone Storage. If so, it would cause that your photos are uploaded to iCloud and do not exist in your device temporarily.

Then, to solve this issue, please choose to download and keep Originals. After downloading photos to your device successful, you can transfer them normally.

Secondly, to transfer photos from device to computer as soon as possible, would you please try the following methods?

Method 1:

1. Please search AnyTrans app from App Store and download & install it on your device.

2. Please open browser on your computer and visit link below:

http://anytrans.io

3. Use AnyTrans app to scan the QR code on the web page for establishing connection between device and computer.

AnyTrans QR Code

4. Please select photos you want to transfer > Click Download option.

Transfer photos from device to computer

Note: Please make sure that the device and computer are connected to the same Wi-Fi.

Method 2:

1. Choose Device Manager option > Locate File System > Click System > DCIM.

Export Photos from Device to Computer

2. System -> PhotoData-> Mutations.

Export Photos from Device to Computer -2

Note: All filtered photos stored on Mutations folder.

If you have checked all factors and options but still failed unfortunately, i am truly sorry for this inconvenience. It will be appreciated for your generous forgiveness. Given this rare situation, we will need logfile to make further diagnosis. And our Development Team will provide you with solution soon. Please refer to the screenshot below to send logfile to cs@imobie.com:

Click Feedback Option > Submit Logfile.

Thank you so much for your kind cooperation and help on this issue.

Best regards,

Dorothy

Hello Dorothy,

Thank you for the response, but that does not answer my question. So let me explain my problem again:

  • I have installed AnyTrans software (trial version) on my Windows 10 PC (not Mac).
  • I have not installed the app on my iPhone XS (I don’t think this is necessary).
  • My photos are on my iPhone.
  • I don’t use iCloud storage.
  • I connect my iPhone XS to my PC using an official Apple USB/lightning cable.
  • I open AnyTrans on my PC.
  • I go, to the “Device Manager” section, then in the “Photos” section.
  • I see all the photos that are on my iPhone.
  • I select the photos I want to transfer to my PC, I choose “JPG” format, then I transfer them. (I don’t want HEIC format)
  • The photos are transferred to my PC, very quickly.
  • PROBLEM: after the transfer, I look at the photos sizes (file sizes) on my PC. The transferred photos are much larger (around 13-14 MB) instead of the original sizes of the photos (around 4-5MB).
  • QUESTION: I would like the transferred JPG photos to have the same size as the original photos. How do I do that?

Hello,

I’m trying to transfer viber messages from iphone to pc and it takes forever. Should it take so long?

Thanks!

on 2019年12月20日

Dear Kommati,

Thanks for using our app and i am truly sorry for the late reply. This is Dorothy and i hope to be able to help you!

The time to transfer messages varies based on the size of your data. If there are more files, it will take much time. It will be appreciated for your generous support and kind understanding.

To help me solve your issue soon, would you please kindly tell me the size of your device storage? And how long it takes?

And then, if possible, would you please kindly send log file to cs@imobie.com for better analysis?

https://www.imobie.com/faq/anytrans-for-ios-faqs.htm#quescate12

And i will provide you with solution soon.

If there is anything i can help you with, please just let me know.

Enjoy a nice day!

Best regards,

Dorothy

Hello Dorothy!

My iPhone’s storage is 128GB. What troubles me is the fact that I only select the viber tab, I don’t tick anything else as I only need my viber messages at this point in time. I tried to transfer viber files 2 times: first time it took something like one hour and I had to go so I stopped the process, the second time it took more than two hours and again I had to leave so I again stopped the process. As far as the log is concerned, I am a bit hesitant to send it because I am not sure whether it has personal data in it or not, so I don’t think I’ll be sending it to you…

Regards,

Lina

Whenever I try to copy MP# files to my new IPhone, it asks me what app I want them copied to.  It insists on sending half my files to “Voice Memos.”  I don’t want my MP3’s in Voice Memos, where ITunes can’t access them.  So I deleted Voice Memos, just so I wouldn’t have to see it again.  Anytrans insists on copying my files to Voice Memos anyway, even though it doesn’t exist on my phone.

Anytrans refuses to transfer my favorite band in the world, except for about twenty tracks.  I have 192 tracks.  Instead, Anytrans will only copy them to Voice Memos, which, of course, doesn’t exist.

When I attempt to write up a technical help ticket, nobody ever, ever responds.

My experience with this program has been wholly negative.  I’m sorry I bought it.
