Hi- I have a lifetime subscription for AnyTrans- Family license, number 121228412.  I have the Product Key but I never downloaded the software.  The download link has expired.  Can you send me another one with an activation code?

(AnyUnlock) I wanted to try the unlocking for an iPad Air 2, IOS 10.0.2, but I always get the image where it says “unlock to configure your iPad”. so i can not launch it. please get me a solution ? Thank you

As you know, To unlock device is a complex process. Thus, there are many limitations. Would you please kindly check for these at first? It will be appreciated for your generous forgiveness and kind understanding in advance.

Could you please kindly tell us what is your device status at first? There are three possible situations. Please kindly see below:

1. Your device is in the status of activation lock, just like the screenshot shows:

If this is your situation, I feel very sorry to tell you that AnyUnlock could not help you at this time. Please kindly take your invoice to Apple to solve this issue.

Here is the contact email for Apple: support@apple.com. We believe Apple will help you solve the issue soon.

2. Your device is in the status of “Reset All Settings”, like the screenshot below:

If this is your situation, I’d like to tell you that AnyUnlock could help you to remove the Apple ID. Would you please give it a new try?

3. If your device is in the status in the screenshot below, you can tap “Don’t have an Apple ID or forgot it?” to skip typing Apple ID. In this situation, our software also can help you unlock this Apple ID.

If AnyUnlock is supposed to remove the Apple ID, but still failed. Given the rare situation, in order to make a better analysis for your issue, it would be very appreciated if you could send us a log file for further analysis.

It is easy to send log: Open AnyUnlock > Click Feedback button > Enter your email address > Click Submit.

I can’t run the installer as it gets stopped with the following message “MacClean Installer infected with MacOS:IMobie-F[PUP]”
