Hi there,

Please could you tell me: If I download the FREE version of Phonerescue for IOS and download the icloud backup, will I be able to actually ‘read’ FULL messages (deleted) from WhatsApp and iMessage in the free previews? Or will there only be a preview of the whole messages?

I understand that I won’t be able to recover anything, but I need to know if it’s possible to view the ENTIRE message before I commit to purchase.

I have been using the iPhone for the last 3 years. I haven’t got any error on that until last week. Last week while listening to songs in iTunes I was getting errors in my iPhone. It was iTunes sync error 54. Can anybody please tell me how to fix that error?

Virus attack or web threat is responsible for this irritating issue.

The problems with the PDF files becomes a barrier in the file sync process.

There are some of the simple steps you can use to remove this kind of error effectively. Moreover, it enhances your device’s performance.

1. Upgrade iTunes;

2. Remove Malware;

3. Upgrade iOS;

Just purchased Phonerescue for IOS to recover a conversation I deleted by mistake. It did something and shows recovered messages but nothing easy to recognize and especially nothing in the conversation I am interested in. In addition, when I click on a recovered message the application just quits. Not the best first impression but before asking for a refund, I would love to know if this is a general problem or if it is maybe limited to my specific case or install…

About the quit issue, it may occur for various reasons. For example,  there is no sufficient space on your computer; your iOS system encounters problem, etc.. For locating the specific reason, we will need log file for further diagnosis.

Given this situation, if possible, would you please kindly send log file to cs@imobie.com for better analysis? It is easy to do so: Open PhoneRescue > Click the Menu tab > Click Send Log from the drop-down menu > Send the zip file to us as attachment via mail. It will be appreciated for your cooperation and kind understanding.

Hi there, my order ID is 621425703. I am trying to retrieve a picture that was sent to me as a text message. I followed all the directions and phone rescue analyzed my phone and went through the process and pulled my data. I got to the point where you can buy a license or preview the data temporarily. I tried to temporarily view the data and when I clicked the button phone rescue crashed and closed. I went through the entire process again 3 more times and the same thing keeps happening. Then I did it again but instead of previewing the data I purchased the license. It then brought me to the order details page where it confirms that my payment went through successfully. Where do I go from there? When I click download product it tries to install phone rescue again? I don’t see how to actually retrieve the data now that I purchased the license…. PLEASE ADVISE ASAP, I need to get this document within two hours today!

About the crash issue, it may be caused for several factors, the computer storage, the computer operating system, the iOS version of your iPhone, etc.. I am reading the directions you gave to the post above mine as they are having the same issue.  I do not understand what you mean to do with Mac: /Users/You Computer Name/Library/Application Support………………….  Do you mean to copy and paste that in your browser?

But if you are unable to open PhoneRescue and send log file to us, you can locate the log file via the path below:

/Users/You Computer Name/Library/Application Support………………….

And it will store log file as document. After you locate it, please send it as attachment to cs@imobie.com

and I don’t know what you mean Open Phone Rescue.  When I try to open it the only option is to install it which I’ve done five times… How do I open it and use it ??? I’m so frustrated… please respond asap

Unable to install ios phone rescue

i download the install exe file from your website, run it, then it counts up to 3% and quickly finishes then nothing. i try open the program and it says no file to be found. what is wrong?
