The issue is caused because iOS devices require Apple Mobile Device Support, which should be automatically installed with iTunes. If there is no Apple Mobile Device Support, iOS device is unable to be recognized by the third party software.
You just simply need to install iTunes on your computer but don’t need to open it when use our product. Besides, we are developing our own Apple Devices Driver and hope you can keep patient with this. It will be appreciated for your generous forgiveness and kind understanding.
About your second question, i would like to tell you that PhoneRescue can help recover deleted data from several minutes to years ago. If the trial version can help you find lost data, the pro version can help you find them back. If the trial version fails to scan out deleted data, i am truly sorry for PhoneRescue cannot help you find them back because your data has been overwritten. In this case, sorry but not only our PhoneRescue for iOS but also any other iOS data recovery software won’t help on this issue. In this case, please do not purchase our software.
