PhoneRescue for iOS

I have an 2018 model iPad, just over one year old. It has iOS 13.3 beta on it (although I haven’t actually been doing any dev on this device). It was fine until a few days ago. I was in the YouTube app, hit the subscribe button, and the screen froze for a few seconds then restarted.  I just got the ‘restore’ screen, telling me to connect to a Mac and restore. So, I did that, iMac running Catalina. The finder takes some time downloading and then says ‘preparing to restore’, but it never actually does the restore. I waited a night and a day (just over 24 hrs). The Mac store ‘genius’, didn’t actually do anything beyond what I had already done (doing DFU restore, etc). 

So, as it is two weeks out of warranty, I purchased PhoneRescue for iOS earlier today. Connected, did the dowload, at it has said ‘Restoring iPad software, restoring 0%’ for the last 3 hours. It doesn’t look like this will succeed. I’m wondering if it is because the iOS version is probably later than the released version that it will have downloaded, and I should try again after the next software release, or whether this application cannot solve the problem.

I am sorry about your loss because i know the device data is so important for you. But as your device data has been restored, all your device data will been deleted permanently and unrecoverable. Given this situation, Recover from iOS Device mode is not available for you. If you have iTunes or iCloud backup, would you please try to recover from backups? Here are the detailed user guide:

After use phonerescue to restore iPhone backup from iTunes still can use iTunes to restore? I mean same backup file

Yes, you can do that. The backup will never disappear unless you delete it.

My phone 256GB not enough space for iTunes to backup and Apple recommend me to buy 512GB 11Pro so I use phonerescue to backup partially of my backup

But not all file can restore back. My contact become unable to search by alphabetical, notes missing recently file

We design our PhoneRescue for iOS to let customers scan & preview their deleted content prior to purchase. If PhoneRescue for iOS can scan messages you lost, it can help you find them back. If not, it cannot help you find them back because your data has been overwritten. In this case, sorry but not only our PhoneRescue for iOS but also any other iOS data recovery software won’t help on this issue.

If the free version doesn’t scan your wanted data, please do not purchase our Pro version. It will be appreciated for your generous forgiveness and kind understanding.

I downloaded the software & then when I got to the password recovery setting page (I am doing a recovery from back up with no password. I hit start and it said that I couldnt use this function because CPU didnt have relevant drivers. I hit the more info and at the bottom of the faq page there are 3 links for drivers but i dont know which one to download. please help thank you

Just purchased your product to recover a deleted text that is important. Got the email with 2 downloads. The first will not download and is stuck with adobe trying to download it. The second just sits at 0% downloaded.

My back up was encrypted with a password that I don’t know yesterday and now I can’t restore to my new phone. 

Anyone know how I can get in please?! My last back up was 18 months ago! 🙁

Unable to download phone rescue. I get a message saying  downloading firmware package and it get’s to 30% and it is unable to download. Before I request a refund is there anything else I can do?

If you are not willing to send log file to us, would you please try below suggestion to solve this issue?

Please try to restore your device. But restore process will erase your device data. And i know the importance of your data. Before you restore data, would you please back up your device data at first? To back up device data, would you please kindly  back up device data via Free software below:
