It will be appreciated for your kind understanding. About license code issue, we would like to tell you that personal license can only be used on one computer. If you change computer or reinstall system, you need to contact us to unbind your license code. After that, you can use it again normally. Meanwhile, i am really sorry for i fail to locate your order based on email address you provided. To help us locate your order and unbind license code soon, would you please kindly tell us your order ID? Then, i will send license code to you via mail.   3. When your iPhone can’t send or receive messages, you may be cut off from friends, colleagues and family. Luckily, it’s simple to tackle such issue if you give below troubleshooting step a try: 1. Please restart your iPhone. 2. Please check your network connection. As we know, if you want to send messages as iMessages or MMS, you need to open cellular data or on Wi-Fi connection. To send an SMS messages, you need to makre sure that you have connected to cellular. If you have turned on Wi-Fi calling, you can send SMS messages within Wi-Fi. 3. Please check your carrier to see whether the type of messages you are trying to send (like MMS or SMS) is supported or not. 4. If you are trying to send group MMS messages on an iPhone, please go Settings > Messages and turn on MMS messaging. If you don’t see an option to turn on MMS Messaging or Group Messaging on your iPhone, then your carrier might not support this feature. 5.     I have been getting Error Code 1

Error code 1 occurs if iPhone lacks components because of improper operation you may have launched. Given this situation, would you please give below suggestions a try? 1. To start with, please use iTunes to backup your device. By this issue, it will repair components issue. After that, you can use PhoneRescue normally. It will be appreciated for your kind understanding. 2. If iTunes also fails to backup your device, please check whether you can visit the backup files under the path: C:\Users\{Your Account Name}\AppData\Roaming\Apple Computer\MobileSync If you cannot open the Backup folder, please delete the folder completely.
