iCloud will not open

Anytrans cloud will not connect to my iCloud account. I keep getting a message saying I need to sign into the official apple site first. Have tried every possible combination of opening and closing  my apple account and AnySync without luck. What am I doing wrong!!! I am easily able to open my icloud account so I know it is not the connection.

Dear member, thanks for using our app and i am sorry for the inconvenience may have caused to you. To start with, would you please kindly tell us whether you install AnyTrans for Cloud on your computer or not? Or you just use AnyTrans for iCloud via web side(https://cloud.imobie.com/)?

If you run AnyTrans for Cloud but encounter such issue, would you please refer to below suggestions to solve this issue?

1. Please make sure that you are using the latest version of AnyTrans for Cloud. If not,  please download it from links below:

For Windows version: https://www.imobie.com/go/download.php?product=atc&os=win

For Mac version: https://www.imobie.com/go/download.php?product=atc&os=mac

2. Please make sure that the network is stable while using AnyTrans for Cloud and associating with iCloud Drive.

3. Please make sure that the account and password entered are correct.

If problem persists, would you please kindly send a screenshot about this issue to us for better analysis?

If you just use AnyTrans for Cloud via visiting web(https://cloud.imobie.com/, you are unable to access iCloud Drive. This issue is caused because of Apple Restriction. So it will not let the third party software to add your iCloud Drive directly. The good news is that our Development Team is working on this issue. Once we update, we would like to inform you at once. It will be appreciated for your kind understanding.
